Thank you for filling out this form, we will be in contact within 10 days from submission of this form for approval of your event. If you have not heard from us please contact the church and let us know you are waiting on an approval. We will need you to make sure all dishes are clean and put away, trash emptied and new bags put in trash cans, tables and chairs put away, floors swept and mopped (if applicable) and ready for Church Service for that week. There are pictures posted to help you in putting the room back the way it needs to be left. If this is not something that you can do, we need to know so we can hire a cleaning person to come and clean when you are finished. (this would be an additional fee). We will need for you to make arrangements for the church to be unlocked and locked back up. You will need to make sure that all lights, coffee pots, stoves etc. turned off before you leave the facility. If you are wanting the building on a Sunday it will have to be after 12:30 pm so that the Kids Ministry can finish and the building can be reset before the event. Thank you we will get back with you as soon as possible. Please let us know if you need to cancel your event 24 hours in advance.
