We will need a playlist and order of service (songs in the correct order and time of placement for the wedding service) at least 1 week prior to the wedding. Please note - alcohol is prohibited for all events at Living Proof Church.
Please let us know what you will need from the church in advance. All supplies and paper products shall be provided by the Bride and Groom. See terms and conditions from the church below. Please note - alcohol is prohibited for all events at Living Proof Church.
You will need to make sure all dishes are clean and put away, trash emptied and new bags put in cans, tables and chairs put away, floors swept and mopped (if applicable) ready for Church Service for that week. If this is not something that you can do, please let us know as we will need to hire a cleaning person to come and clean when you are finished (additional fees will apply). We will need for you to make arrangements for the church to be unlocked and locked back up. You will need to make sure all lights, coffee pots, stoves etc. are turned off before you leave the facility. The submission of this form does not guarantee approval. We will get back with you and let you know if the date, time, and space is available.
